The whole point

Your body's data is the most personal data you own. It should live where you do.

Every mainstream health app is a funnel — your sleep, your heart, your labs, your weight, flowing to someone else's servers to be analyzed, monetized, and breached. HealthTrack inverts that. It's a local-first application that runs on your computer. We set it up, connect your data, tune your coach — then step away. No account to sign into. No subscription holding your history hostage. Nothing to resell.

Local-first by design

Your readings, labs and coach conversations are stored as plain files on your machine — readable, exportable, yours.

No data resale, ever

There's no business model that depends on your vitals. The product is the setup, not your information.

Full export, full ownership

Walk away whenever you like and take everything with you. Open data formats — never a locked silo.

The coach

An AI coach that cites its sources.

Not a chatbot guessing about your health. A coach grounded in real evidence — it does the deterministic math, then explains it in plain language and shows you exactly where the guidance came from.

The macro counter does the hard part. Photograph a meal, scan a barcode, or search a database — every entry comes back with source-backed calories, macros and glycemic load.

Bring your own AI

Your coach. Your model. Your choice.

The coach runs on an AI model you own the relationship with — never a black box we control. Run a model locally for total privacy, or connect a cloud provider with your own key. Either way, your data answers to you.

Most private

Run it locally

A model on your own hardware, fully offline. Your readings, food photos and conversations never leave the machine — nothing to intercept, nothing to leak.

More power

Connect with your key

Use a cloud provider with your own account and API key. You get a stronger model and you stay in control of the data, the access, and the bill — not us.

Done for you

Not sure which?

We'll recommend the right setup for your privacy needs, hardware and budget — then install and wire it up during your setup call. You never touch a config file.

The dashboard

Your whole body, in one calm view.

Most apps show you raw numbers. HealthTrack derives the metrics that actually guide a day — readiness, training load, recovery — and groups every insight beside the data that produced it.

Readiness

Cardio load

Works with your wrist

Connect the wearable you already own.

No new hardware to buy. HealthTrack reads the watch already on your wrist — heart rate, HRV, sleep, steps and workouts flow straight into your dashboard and coach.

In your pocket

Your coach, a text message away.

The full coach lives in your private Telegram too — so you can log a workout from your watch, ask a question on the move, and get gentle, well-timed nudges to stay on track.

Movement, reframed

Ten breathless minutes beat ten thousand steps.

Built around the research on "exercise snacks" — short, vigorous bursts of movement spread through the day. No gym, no kit. Just one breathless minute at a time, gently tracked.

On your terms

Share exactly what you choose — and nothing else.

Give a trainer, a clinician or family a precise, scoped window into your data. Default-deny means nothing is shared until you turn it on — and you can revoke it any time.

Done for you

A concierge setup. You end up owning everything.

No technical work on your side. We install, connect and tune your Health OS — then hand you the keys.

01

We install it

We set HealthTrack up on your own computer — secure, local, and configured for the way you live. Nothing runs on anyone else's servers.

02

We connect your data

Your wearable and health sources are linked, your labs imported, your profile and goals dialed in — so the coach starts informed, not cold.

03

We hand you the keys

You get a tuned coach, your private Telegram channel, and a walkthrough. From there it's yours — to keep, to export, to live with.

Who it's for

Built for people who take their health — and their privacy — seriously.

The serious self-quantifier

You already track everything and you want depth — derived readiness, training load, trends — without feeding a data broker to get it.

Managing a condition

Diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol — you want conservative, clinician-framed guidance and your labs trended, kept strictly private.

The privacy-first household

You're done handing your most intimate data to apps you don't control. You want the insight — on your terms, on your machine.

Questions

The things people ask first.

On your own machine, as plain files you can open and export. HealthTrack is local-first — it reads from your connected health sources but stores your history, labs and coach conversations locally, not in our cloud.

No. We set the system up with you, but it runs on your computer and your data stays there. There's no account on our side holding your information, and nothing is sold or shared by us.

A computer to run it on, a health data source (a supported wearable / health app), and about an hour for the guided setup call. We handle the technical parts; you don't need to be technical.

Yes. The setup is a one-time service and the system is yours to keep and run. Your data is always exportable in open formats — there's no subscription that holds your history hostage.

No. HealthTrack coaches wellness habits and can flag things worth discussing with a clinician, but it does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care. Guidance is deliberately conservative and clinician-framed.

Setup is a bespoke, private service, priced to your situation. Book a short call and we'll scope exactly what you want connected and tuned, then quote the one-time fee.
